Purpose of the site

openshorts.app provides OpenShorts Cloud, an AI service that turns long-form video into short vertical clips, under the Terms of Service. Personal data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Prices shown on the pricing page indicate whether taxes are included; where they are not, the applicable tax is displayed at checkout before you pay.

Intellectual property

The OpenShorts source code is available under the MIT License in its public repository. The openshorts.app site, its branding and its content are property of TONVI TECH SL or its licensors. Videos and clips processed through the service belong to their respective owners.

Responsibility

TONVI TECH SL acts as a hosting and processing provider for content submitted by its users, within the liability regime of Articles 14–17 LSSI-CE and Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (DSA). Notices about allegedly unlawful content can be sent to [email protected], which is our single point of contact for users and authorities; see Section 9 of the Terms of Service for the procedure.

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. It is also available in Spanish; for residents of Spain, the Spanish version prevails.
