Refund Policy

TL;DR

Ask within 14 days of a charge and we refund it in full: no reason, no form, no questions about usage.

Covers your first payment, every renewal and minute top-ups. One email to [email protected] is enough.

The only thing we do not refund is an account terminated for abuse.

The short version

Ask within 14 days of a charge and we refund it in full. No reason needed, no form to fill in, no questions about how much of the service you used. One email is enough.

This covers every charge: your first subscription payment, each renewal, and minute top-ups.

How to ask

Email [email protected] from the address your account uses and say you want a refund. If you have the invoice number, include it; if you do not, we will find the charge. We reply the same working day.

When you get the money

We issue the refund to the original payment method within 14 days of your request, and normally the same day. Your bank or card issuer then takes its own time to show it, usually 5 to 10 working days. That last stretch is outside our control.

Refunding a subscription payment also cancels the subscription, so you are not charged again. If you only want to stop future payments and keep using what you already paid for, cancel from Account instead: your plan runs to the end of the period you paid.

The one exception

We do not refund an account terminated for abuse: uploading illegal content, repeat copyright infringement, or trying to defraud the service. Everything else is refundable within the 14 days, including "I changed my mind" and "I processed all my videos and it was not what I hoped for".

This sits on top of your legal rights

If you are a consumer in the EU you also have the statutory right of withdrawal described in section 12 of our Terms of Service. That right entitles you to a refund of the part of the service you have not used. This policy is more generous, because it refunds the whole charge, so in practice it is the one that applies. Nothing here reduces any right the law gives you.
